Application:
Please select your application.

The harder the application the larger the Soft Starter that is required.

Supply voltage:
Please select the supply voltage for your system.

Motor size:
Please select the size of your AC Induction Motor in Current, kW (@400V) or HP (@460V).

The bigger the motor size, the larger the Soft Starter that is required.

Connection:
Please select whether the Soft Starter is running continuously or whether it will by bypassed using a contactor to reduce heat and cabinet size.

Note: Energy Saving (Optimising) requires continuous operation.


Continuously running
Externally bypassed

Please select whether the Soft Starter is wired In Line or In The Delta. When the Soft Starter is wired In The Delta, a smaller unit can often be selected.

In-line/normal
In-delta/6 wire

Ambient Temperature (Default 40°C):
Please select the ambient temperature around the Soft Starter.

For every degree above 40°C the Soft Starter needs to be derated by 2% of the Full Load Current.

Altitude (Default 1000m):
Please select the altitude the Soft Starter will be used at.

For every 100m above 1000m the Soft Starter needs to be derated by 1% of the Full Load Current.
